Video: Solemn Votive Mass in Honor of St. Gregory the Great
A live archival recording of Mass and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament as celebrated on the 16th anniversary of the Society at Sacred Heart Church, New Haven, on 10 February 2002. Music for the Liturgy performed by the Society’s renowned Schola Cantorum includes Orlando di Lasso’s splendid Missa Bell’ Amfitrit’ altera for double choir, motets by Palestrina and Victoria, and the proper Gregorian chants.
