Candlemas Sunday, February 4

Sunday, February 4, Candlemas will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m.: blessing of candles and procession.

Please bring the candles you use throughout the year to be blessed and place them on the table in the sanctuary prior to Mass.

For your convenience, there will be  candles for sale prior to Mass:

~4-short candle –$3.00 ea.
~a congregational candle — .50 ea.

Purgatorial Society Mass

In the month of the Holy Souls, remember our votive Mass for the Dead, which will be offered on Tuesday, November 14 at 7:00 p.m. at Saint Stanislaus Church, for those enrolled in the SGS Purgatorial Society.

Please (re)enroll your loved ones in the SGS Purgatorial Society. An enrollment for one name is $35.00 and for each additional name $10.00, for one year.

For this Mass, previously enrolled Purgatorial Society members need to be enrolled again.

Christ the King on October 29

High Mass will be offered for the Solemnity of Christ the King at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 29.

For Sale

  • The 2018 Liturgical Calendars will be available following Mass for $12.00.
  • The 2017 Christmas card will be available. The text this year comes from the Communion Antiphon from Epiphany. The English translation is “We have seen his star in the East, and are come with gifts to adore the Lord”.
