For this celebration of the traditional Latin liturgy in its fullest glory,
the Schola Cantorum of the Saint Gregory Society with an ensemble
of string instruments performed with Mozart’s “Coronation Mass.”
The jubilant service was followed by a dinner in St. Stanislaus School
at which Bishop Timlin addressed those in attendance on his role in
welcoming the return of the traditional liturgy to our nation.
Surely, all in attendance will long remember this joyous occasion.

N.B.: The Latin Mass is celebrated on the first Friday of each month
at 8:30 a.m., so that area Catholics devoted to the traditional Latin Mass
can fulfill the requirements of the “nine first Fridays” in devotion to the
Sacred Heart of Jesus as prescribed by St. Margaret Mary Alacoque.
