Wednesday, March 23rd, 2011The new home of the Latin Mass in New Haven
is Saint Stanislaus Church at State and Eld Streets.

N.B.: The Latin Mass is celebrated on the first Friday
of each month at 8:30 a.m., so that area Catholics
devoted to the traditional Latin Mass can fulfill the
requirements of the “nine first Fridays” in devotion
to the Sacred Heart of Jesus as prescribed
by St. Margaret Mary Alacoque.
*The Third Sunday in Lent
Sunday, 27 March: Low Mass at 2:00 P.M., to be
celebrated by the Rev. John Ringly, St. Lawrence Church,
Shelton. The second offering will be for the benefit
of the St. Gregory Society.
*The Fourth Sunday in Lent or Laetare Sunday
Sunday, 3 April: High Mass at 2:00 P.M., to be celebrated
by The Rev. John Kolinski. Music for the liturgy to be performed
by the Chant Schola of the Society will include the “Missa Dominicalis”
(Vatican edition XI), the hymn “Audi benigne Conditor,”
the anthem “Domine non secundum” and the Gregorian chants
of the day. The second offering will be for the benefit
of the St. Stanislaus Church.
Please note that owing to the parish schedule, the Latin Mass
on Sunday, May 8, will be celebrated at 4:00 p.m.
