Our schedule for the next two Sundays is as follows:

* First Sunday in Lent
Sunday, March 1st. Low Mass at 2pm, to be celebrated
by Fr. Robert Boyd (St. Mary, Norwalk). The second collection
is for Sacred Heart parish (monthly utilities).

* Second Sunday in Lent
Sunday, March 8th. High Mass at 2pm, to be celebrated
by Fr. John Ringley (St. Lawrence, Shelton). The chant schola
will sing the “Missa Orbis factor” (Mass XI), the plainsong hymns
“Audi benigne Conditor” and “Attende Domine”, and all the proper
Gregorian chants.

Note that there will be no traditional Mass at Sacred Heart on
Ash Wednesday. The Society of St. Hugh of Cluny has a post
listing area churches where such Masses may be found (sadly
there are not many of them yet — please notify the SSHC with
any additions, they will surely be grateful to know of them):

the proper Gregorian chants. The second offering will go to
support the work of the Saint Gregory Society.
