Dear Friend of the Saint Gregory Society,

This is a final reminder to join us this Sunday for a Solemn Votive
Mass in honor of Pope Saint Gregory the Great, to mark the twenty-
first anniversary of the Society’s founding and to implore God’s
blessing on our continued service to the Church under the new
dispensation of “Summorum Pontificum”. The anniversary Mass is
always a very special occasion in the life of the Society, and this
year, happily, the splendor of the liturgy will be matched by the
conviviality of the reception which Marie Reynolds is preparing for
afterwards.

Needless to say, a special occasion like this provides an excellent
opportunity to encourage your friends and family to come along
and experience the undeniable spiritual riches of the traditional
Catholic Mass and — of scarcely less importance — the friendliness
and good humor of traditional Catholics! Many thanks in anticipation
of your attendance, and for your support of the Society and the
traditional Latin Mass.

Our schedule for the next two Sundays is as follows:

* SGS 21st Anniversary Mass
Sunday, November 11th. Solemn Mass at 2pm, to be celebrated
by Fr. Richard Cipolla (St. Mary’s, Stamford). The full Schola
Cantorum will sing Palestrina’s Missa Papae Marcelli, motets
by Palestrina and Tallis, and all of the proper Gregorian chants.
Mass will be followed by a festive reception to which all are
cordially invited. The second offering will be for the benefit of
the Saint Gregory Society.

* Twenty-Fifth Sunday after Pentecost
Sunday, November 18th. Low Mass at 2pm, to be celebrated
by Fr. Kevin Fitzpatrick (Holy Cross, Fairfield).
